One of the most recognized independent evaluators of current content management technology have established in their latest report that X3 is one of the hottest and most significant news to the EPiServer CMS 5 platform this year. EPiServer partners who intend to use X3 are recommended to take a one-day-course in developing with X3 before moving ahead with any live projects.

Swedish mobile operator Hi3G Access AB has been using XMAP for EPiServer 4 (aka ImageMap) for more than four years now. They use it on their public sites, retail web and intranet. So far, Aegon have launched more than 10 websites developed with X3 – http://www.aegon.com, http://www.aegonglobalpensions.com and http://ai-conference.aegon.com just to mention a few. Two more sites and an intranet is currently under construction. Andreas Askeland, Online Communications Manager at Aegon, says that X3 has been a key factor in the process of publishing several websites in their global organization.

The word of X3 travels fast and this time it took an interesting round the world trip to finally find its way to FIFA. EPiServer UK recommended Swedish-developed module X3 to EPiServer partner Satyam Computer Services in India, who were hired by FIFA in Switzerland.
